  2. Do I need to register before buying?

  3. How to search a brand or a product?
    Brand: To see the brand list, leave "Enter keyword or item no." blank and keep "All brands" on the right, then click the search button, you will be brought to the brand list. If you are looking for a particular brand, change "All brands" to the brand you are looking for with the pulldown menu, and click search, you will be brought to that brand's page.

    You may also choose the brand you are looking for with "Shop by Brand" (bottom of each page), a full list of brands which COSME-DE.COM carries are listed alphabetically.

    Products: Type in the keyword (e.g. Hydra Zen) or item no. (e.g. LC00124) in the product search box (top left hand corner of each page), the matching result will appear on the screen. Then you can refine your search by Category (left hand side), by Brand (on top) or sort the price in ascending or descending order.

    Category: Don't know exactly what you need or just want to look around? We have put thousands of cosmetic products into easy-to-browse groups and included links to them on the top navigator of each page. When the search result appears, you can refine the results by Category (left hand side). (e.g. Skincare > Moisturizers > Whitening... etc.)

    New: Check out the new arrivals with "What's New" on the front page. New items are also marked with "New" tag. From time to time, we bring you new items to enhance your shopping experience, so come back often!



  4. Can I save my shopping cart items for later?
    Yes. Your shopping cart items are saved for 30 days (according to the last updated date) when you have added an item into cart but exit COSME-DE.COM without processing to checkout. When you back to continue the shopping by using the same computer as before, your shopping cart items will be automatically restored.



  5. Are all your products fresh and genuine?
    Yes. Our products are sourced from authorized and legitimate distribution firms around the world. However, some products sold on our website may have a slightly different packaging from the ones on the market or what you have at home, this is because the manufacturers need to cater for the needs of different countries. We guarantee that they are 100% genuine and produced by the original manufacturer. For example, a product sold in the United States may differ in appearance from the one sold in France or Japan, but the content is the same – a genuine product produced by the same manufacturer.
